Split-level Ranch in York, SC

As an upfit to an existing home, this was an exciting and fun project. The homeowners contracted Zohner Construction to completely change the identity of the house with painted brick, wood accents, a sharp new fence, a breakfast nook, and a handsomely-appointed kitchen that brings the home firmly into the 21st century.

We also remodeled the pool area to make it easier and more comfortable to get to and from the pool room to dry off or get ready for a swim.
