This project was a custom-built home on an empty lot near downtown York, SC.

Using a simple, but elegant, floor plan, Zohner Construction built this home from the ground-up in a matter of weeks. Our crew and subcontractors have been working together for decades, so this project was rapidly completed.

The style of this project was also influenced by our team; as area natives, we can confidently build to match local styles and tastes.
