Mixed-use Retail Space

In downtown York, SC, a new type of market is opening its doors to the community. An old building that had been a grocery/retail space is now the Yorkville Market, offering locally-made goods, foods, and handicrafts in a 20,000 sq.’ walkable space.

The Market was experiencing growth, and decided it was time to bring in Zohner Construction to improve some of the common areas. We were contracted to build a permanent canopy and lay concrete for new sidewalks and a patio (where food will be served), paint and finish the interior ceilings, remodel the bathrooms, and remodel the conference room. We were thrilled to be able to create an exciting and comfortable place for our community to shop and fellowship.
